SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT
Maintenance of server, user PC’s, backup systems and managing network security.
We Do IT Solutions applies a full sphere of maintenance tasks and procedures to the network that we manage. This sphere is generally broken up into two categories, ie. Hardware and Software. This is further broken down to server,
end user PC/device, as well as networking component configuration and maintenance.
We maintain all hardware components in terms of new configurations, resets or replacement and do testing to assist in predicting hardware failures, thus allowing for well-planned repairs.
Another aspect is configuring and control of all software services on the network such as an Active Directory, printing/scanning services, various security services and various backup service levels and procedures. On the end-user services such as desktops, laptops and mobile devices (cell phones or tablets), we manage a multitude of software and services such as backups, reloads, updates, security (antivirus/antimalware/firewall) as well as general problem solving or software/hardware assistance.
As part of our normal weekly maintenance, we test and assess the speeds of the network in terms of the local area network (the physically connected devices and cables), the wireless network as well as the general internet speeds and environments. These tasks will vary each week depending on the requirements of the network.
